Secure file-sharing backend
I develop authentication and cryptography services, file transfers, and backend notifications. My work includes extracting modules from the monolith and improving file-processing performance.
My contribution and stack
- Implemented chunked file transfers on both the backend and the desktop client.
- Built SSO with Keycloak and Kerberos, token refresh, and authorization rules for different client types.
- Added notification buffering during Kafka outages and synchronization after the broker recovers.
- Used debugging and tracing to find redundant writes and eliminate CPU spikes during file uploads.
- Extracted and refactored authentication and cryptography modules as part of the move from a monolith to microservices.

C# / Avalonia / Client for the same platform
Cross-platform desktop and DRM
The client side of the same file-sharing product. I migrated the application from WPF to Avalonia and built DRM/DLP protections for Windows and Linux.
My contribution and stack
- Migrated the client from WPF and .NET Framework 4.8.1 to Avalonia and .NET 9.
- Implemented OS-specific protections against copying content, screenshots, RDP access, and other data-extraction scenarios.
- Reduced DRM memory usage by reviewing cached data and introducing lazy loading.

Go / Marketplace integrations
Purchasing and delivery of digital goods
I built a system from scratch to purchase digital goods and automatically deliver them through marketplaces. It handles stock, pricing, and external API limits.
My contribution and stack
- Two configurable purchasing modes: stock in advance or buy when an order arrives.
- Automatic price calculation and adjustment using purchase cost, exchange rates, taxes, margin, and additional expenses.
- External API limits, load management, messenger notifications, and a handoff to a person for problem cases.
Over one week of commercial operation: approximately 10,000 goods and RUB 1 million in turnover.

AI agent orchestration
I built a C# orchestrator using Codex to take Jira tasks through planning, implementation, and review. The system is in pilot use, with automated checks and human review.

- Connected Jira intake to task planning, decomposition, implementation, and review.
- Implemented context management, agent workspaces, and task handoffs between agents.

Sales CRM backend
I built the backend of an internal CRM from scratch: sales, statuses, targets, and reporting. I also set up integrations, tests, and automated service delivery.
My contribution and stack
- Developed REST APIs and service integrations, using RabbitMQ for processing load management and Redis for caching.
- Optimized PostgreSQL queries and stored procedures, and resolved backend bottlenecks.
- Set up builds and deployment with GitLab CI/CD and Docker, and parallelized unit and integration tests.
